These terms describe use of ultimateautolease.com and Ultimate Auto Lease’s communication services, including our representatives’ pages. A website inquiry requests assistance; it is not a vehicle purchase, lease, financing approval, or reservation.
Vehicle services and offers
Ultimate Auto Lease helps customers source vehicles and coordinate transactions with dealerships. Vehicle contracts and financing are subject to the terms of the applicable dealership and lender. Credit decisions are made by the lender. We do not guarantee approval, a particular vehicle, or a particular saving.
Availability, incentives, and advertised payments can change. A monthly payment is not the total cost of a lease. Review the individual listing and obtain a current written quote identifying the term, annual mileage, amount due at signing, taxes, title, registration, acquisition and dealer fees, eligibility requirements, and any other applicable charges. Excess mileage, wear, and disposition charges may apply. A displayed MSRP is a reference price, not a monthly payment or an offer to sell at that price. Your signed vehicle agreement controls the transaction.
Ultimate Auto Lease SMS program
You may separately choose non-marketing texts about your inquiry, requested vehicle quotes, availability, appointments, and delivery updates, and marketing texts about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Marketing messages may use automated technology. Each choice is optional; neither SMS consent nor email subscription is a condition of a quote, purchase, or service. Provide only a number you own or are authorized to use.
Message frequency varies with your requests and the program you select. Message and data rates may apply to messages you send and receive. Your wireless provider can explain your plan charges.
To leave the SMS program, reply STOP to the number that sent you the message. We may send one confirmation of your opt-out, after which messages from that program will stop. Delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is intended for people age 18 or older in the United States. Let us know if your number changes so we can update our records.
Email and privacy
Our email list shares vehicle specials and service updates. You can leave using the unsubscribe link in each marketing email. Email subscription does not provide SMS consent. Read our Privacy Policy for information about data use and your choices.
Website use and changes
Please provide accurate information and do not misuse the site or interfere with its operation. We may correct errors and update content and these terms. The effective date above identifies this version. Nothing in these terms waives consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
